1-on-1 Consultation (Phone/Video)

Work directly with Tree on apparel design, illustration, traditional animation, and hybrid AI animation. Choose the call length that fits your needs—from a quick intro to a deeper strategy session.

How it works

1. Select your Call Duration above and click Add to Cart to book.
2. After checkout, you’ll receive an email to schedule a time (same-day replies).
3. We meet via Zoom/Google Meet or phone. If we move forward, your paid consult fee is credited to the project.

5 minutes — Free Intro (new clients only)

Quick fit check and goal alignment. Not for concept reviews or spec work; strictly to see if we’re a match.

15 minutes — Q&A

One focused question or decision. Fast answers, quick direction.

30 minutes — Strategy

Scope, budget lanes, timelines, and a simple action plan.

60 minutes — Deep Dive

Creative direction, workflow mapping, and production roadmap.

Policies (read before booking)

• Free Intro: one per client, first-time only. No deliverables. No-shows aren’t rescheduled.
• Credit: paid consult fee applies to your project if started within 30 days.
• No in-person meetings: calls are remote.
• Rescheduling: please give 24 hours’ notice.
• Recording (optional): ask if you’d like the session recorded for your reference.
