Refund policy
Since the majority of our products are made to order or limited edition items we have a NO refund policy. If there is an issue with a print you can always contact us with questions at blmtd.com@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds or exchanges
If you received the wrong item or size or product is damaged/defective, contact us at blmtd.com@gmail.com to request an exchange or refund. Please submit a photo of the affected item along with the issue at hand. We will review your request and process a refund or send out a new product upon approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
