In their words.
Read all client reviews →“They have been my go-to design team for more than 10 years, because of the quality work they do. Every detail is well thought out, communication is great, and it is an overall pleasure to work with them time and time again.”
“I had a very specific vision in mind and Tree was patient enough to work with me until it was perfect. He was so responsive and communicative through the whole process.”
“Working with Tree was better than expected — in other words, he superseded my expectations. You took a simple task and made it something more than I could’ve even asked for. The people that have the Certs were more than pleased. Myself included!”

How does payment work?
Design Edition: 50% before work begins and 50% at color approval, before final files are prepared. Collector Edition: 50% before sketches begin, 30% at sketch approval and 20% at color approval, before final print preparation and sampling. Bulk production is quoted separately and paid in full before materials are ordered. Your proposal confirms the exact schedule.
How long does it take?
Artwork development typically takes 7 to 10 business days when approvals come back promptly. Sampling and production schedules depend on the garment, colorways, print methods, suppliers and shipping, so you get a project-specific estimate after the feasibility review. The schedule starts once the agreement is signed, the first payment clears and your brief is complete.
What do you need from me during the project?
One consolidated set of feedback from one decision-maker within five business days of each approval request. Delays pause the project and may move the schedule. After 30 days without a response the reserved production slot is released, and after 60 days the project becomes inactive. Rush work depends on availability and is priced separately.
How do revisions work?
Each revision round is one consolidated set of feedback at that stage: sketch, line art, color and production proof. The Design Edition includes one round per stage and the Collector Edition includes two, applied across the project rather than to every illustration, size or colorway. Additional minor rounds are $100 each. New concepts, major redraws, changes to an approved stage or a change in production method are quoted before work begins. Corrections to my own errors never use up your rounds.
What does physical sampling include?
Physical sampling happens within the rounds specified in your proposal: up to three rounds for T-shirts and up to two for hoodies. Jackets include one or two rounds only where the individual quote says so. Your proposal sets the garments, sizes, colorways and components in each round. Digital proofs set the direction, and the approved physical sample becomes the production reference. Revision rounds and sample rounds are separate allowances, additional rounds need a separate quote and your approval, and samples ship to addresses in the United States. Bulk production begins only after written sample approval.
Is production included?
Development concludes with written sample approval. You can then commission a separately quoted production run, priced by quantity and complexity: manufacturing, my production management, numbering, packaging and batch delivery. I produce an agreed batch, based on your preorders or another approved quantity, and deliver it to you or your fulfillment partner. Inventory storage and shipping individual customer orders are not included.
Are there minimum quantities?
It depends on the process. DTF prints have no minimum, patches usually start at 12 pieces, and screen-print minimums vary by supplier. I research suppliers and preliminary costs during the feasibility review, so you know the likely commitment before you book.
Can you make hoodies or jackets?
Yes, after a feasibility review. Custom patterns, leather construction, embroidery, patches and other specialty processes are reviewed and costed before any payment. If a garment or process is outside what I can produce at the right quality, I will tell you before you pay anything.
Who owns the artwork?
After full payment, you own the final approved artwork created for your project, and you can use, reproduce, modify and sell products featuring it. I never sell, merchandise or license your artwork to anyone else. I keep permission to show the artwork, finished garments and process in my portfolio and promotion, starting after your public release unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your agreement lists the source files included.
Whose name is the edition released under?
Yours. The edition is released under your name and brand. BLMTD credit, labels or co-branding happen only by separate agreement.
Who handles sales and customer service?
You do. I deliver the finished batch to you or your fulfillment partner, and you run sales and customer service from there.
